Privacy Policy

Responsible Resource Partnerships Inc. ("RRP") is an Ontario corporation. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why, and what you can do about it. It is written to meet the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the federal law that applies to us.
What we collect
This website collects personal information in exactly one way: the two enquiry forms on the home page. Submitting one sends us your name, email address, phone number, organisation, location and your message. The investor form also asks what type of investor you are.
We collect it for one purpose — to read and answer your enquiry, and to continue that conversation if it leads somewhere. We do not use it for anything else, and we do not sell it.
Nothing on this site is required. If you would rather not use a form, write to us directly.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels and no third-party tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site rather than from a font network, and there are no embedded players or maps.
That is why you were not asked to accept anything when you arrived: there is nothing to accept.
Who else handles your information
Form submissions are transmitted by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which passes them to our inbox. The site itself is hosted by Cloudflare, and its content is managed in Sanity. Our hosting provider automatically records standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and operation.
These providers operate outside Canada, so your information may be stored or processed outside Canada and may be accessible to the courts, law enforcement and national security authorities of those countries. We use them only for the purposes described here.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry correspondence only as long as it is needed for the purpose you sent it, and for any business or legal record-keeping that follows from it. When it is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask for a copy of it, and ask us to correct anything inaccurate. You can also withdraw consent and ask us to delete what we hold, subject to any legal obligation to keep it. We will respond within the time PIPEDA allows.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.
